I was really impressed with Mikey Mac's service. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came to my home quickly and provided a detailed and personalized quote, unlike other companies I received quotes from. Mikey Mac is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. Doesn't BS or suggest unnecessary work. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. Has repaired and service my HVAC and AC systems for a couple of years and never have an issue that he hasn't already pointed out. During the last heat wave my central A/C compressor overheated and was given the bad news by another company that I would require a new unit. I called MIkey Mac immediately after to get a second opinion and he arrived when promised. Upon arrival he b-lined to the compressor and within seconds of taking off the cover off he was already confident that he would find and solve the problem. Mike provides excellent HVAC service and I highly recommend his work to others. He is professional and courteous and responds to messages left on his voicemail quickly. I first met him when he was able to fix my system after others could not. I have since used him to do routine maintenance on the system each year. His work is neat and clean and his prices are fair. Mike is the best HVAC technician that I know. When my old central AC condenser broke, I first called Robison who suggested that I replace the whole system. Then I called Mike for a second opinion, he was able to identify the exact parts in the condenser that was broke in less than 30 minutes and brought it back to life.  I was impressed by his high technical competence in diagnosing and fixing a complex system.  His experience in this business is evident to me. When we did upgrade to a new system, Mike was the obvious choice for the job.  For a good central AC system, the installation is as important if not more than the equipment, and I know Mike is the right person that I trust to perform a good installation. He was very responsive to our needs and ordered the parts and replaced the whole system within a week. His work is as meticulous as I expected. He told us about the schedule clearly and arrived on time.  He prepared the house and cleaned up so nicely, there is no sign that the system has been replaced within a few hours, except the house is now cool and dry. I highly recommend Mikey Mac for your HVAC needs. Mike runs his own operation and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. I had an issue with one of my A/C units and I called Mike on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. He showed up first thing on Saturday morning and provided his recommendation and took time to answer all of my many questions. Three other companies told me it'd be at least a week before they could come over to inspect. I decided to go with Mike for the installation of a new air handler and to perform a maintenance check on my two condensers. He and his helper took phenomenal care of my house, placing drop clothes everywhere and clearing all trash. You wouldn't even know they were here, except that my house is now comfortable and cool. I was having issues with my broken AC. Mikey Mac was recommended to me and responded quickly and came out the same day to assess the problems. He replaced condenser unit as well as the blower unit.  The work was done on time as promised, the work was clean and professional . The pricing was reasonable and especially as the quality of the work was excellent.  I would highly recommend Mikey Mac for your hvac needs.
