Mike has worked on heating and cooling systems in Westchester County for more than thirty years. Mikey Mac Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is his company: he answers the phone, he writes the estimate, and he does the work — from the fully stocked van in the photo.
The line painted on the van, “The One To Call When All Others Have Failed”, is there because many customers first called him about a system that had been declared beyond repair. A repair is offered whenever a repair makes sense, and the price is in writing before the work starts.

No heat or no AC gets a same-day slot. Everything else, usually within 48 hours.
Written estimate
The price in writing before the work starts. Repair first when a repair makes sense.
Fixed, cleaned up
Fully stocked van, so most repairs finish in one visit. The work area is left as it was found.
Six-month warranty
Every repair is covered for six months. Replacements carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
